Motel Policies

Reservations
Reservations must be confirmed with a credit card guarantee or payment of at least one nights accommodation by cheque, cash, Eftpos or a Net Bank transfer.

Cancellations Policy
The Mandarin Motel requires 48 hours notice of cancellation. If we do not receive your cancellation and the room cannot be used by another guest we will charge you for one night's accommodation.

Check-In and Check Out
You are welcome to check-in after 2.00 pm. Rooms must be vacated no later than 10.00 am on departure day. Should you require any modification to these times, prior arrangements must be made with the Reception Office. The possibility of us being able to assist you will depend on our other commitments. This type of special extension may incur an additional charge.

Totally Smoke Free Property
No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the building.

Pets Policy
Sorry, no pets are allowed in the Motel under any circumstances.
